The goal was to develop an experience that was:
Customisable, easy to manage, consistent across all locations, on-brand and budget-friendly.
A DIY Experience, Not Just a Giveaway
Customers could create their own strap by choosing charms and adding their names with letter beads.
Unlike a finished corporate gift, the strap became a personalised keepsake and an interactive brand experience.
The product was designed to be simple enough for store teams to manage without specialist crafting skills.
Built for 9 Locations
Running one DIY station is straightforward. Running the same experience across nine stores requires careful planning.
We prepared complete station kits for each location, including:

Each kit was organised and delivered to the correct Samsung SES store.
Training the Store Teams
Instead of organising a costly in-person training session, we created a detailed DIY instruction video and setup guide.
The store PICs could learn the process remotely and refer back to the materials whenever needed.
This allowed each store to operate the station independently while maintaining a consistent customer experience.
On-Ground Support
On the activation day, our artisans visited all nine Samsung SES stores.
We checked the setups, supported the store teams and helped customers complete their DIY straps.
This ensured the experience ran smoothly across every location.
